Your Pet, Beautifully Remembered

Your pets are more than just animals. They’re part of your family, woven into the everyday moments and memories that make a house feel like home. I create highly realistic colored pencil portraits that capture the unique details, personality, and spirit of the animals you love.

Each portrait is thoughtfully drawn by hand, with careful attention to every expression, texture, and tiny detail that makes your pet unmistakably them. Whether you’re celebrating a beloved companion, welcoming a new addition to the family, or honoring a pet who has passed, my goal is to create a piece of artwork you’ll treasure for years to come.

A woman with red hair tied in a ponytail, wearing a dark gray shirt, is working on an art project involving a dog portrait on a wooden canvas. The workspace has a window with natural light, a green desk lamp, a candle, a jar with paintbrushes, and some pinecones and greenery as decoration.

The Process

01 — Get in Touch
Tell me about your pet and what you have in mind. We’ll choose your portrait size, go over the details, and reserve your spot with a $50 deposit.

02 — Send Your Photos
Send me 2–3+ high-resolution photos of your pet. I’ll help you choose the best reference photo(s) to capture their personality and details.

03 — Approve the Design
I’ll create a preliminary design for you to review. Once you’re happy with the composition, your first 50% payment is due, and I’ll begin your portrait!

04 — Watch It Come to Life
I’ll send progress updates along the way so you can see your portrait take shape. Portraits typically take 3–4 weeks to complete.

05 — Final Approval & Delivery
Once your portrait is finished, you’ll receive photos for final approval. The remaining balance is due before shipping. Your artwork will arrive professionally packaged, insured, and double-matted so it’s ready to frame and enjoy.
